tell me, how’s it going?
The CASPA opens in 39 days, so your personal statement should be shaping up nicely by now! Having your statement written and ready to go before the CASPA even opens is game-changing and will help you focus on the other aspects of the application process. As you already know (most likely), applying early, especially for rolling admission schools, can give you a much-needed leg up.
where we are in the personal statement challenge:
The only thing left in our challenge is putting it together and writing your strong closing paragraph. If you are this far in the process, CONGRATS!! You should be proud of yourself. As you can see by the 👀 emojis, you should also have trusted family/friends reading it more than usual this month. This is so important because they can tell you if they can hear YOUR voice in the statement and if your intentions and feelings come across. It is so easy to write what you think the admissions want to hear instead of what you want to write.
my personal statement

I hope it provides you with some inspiration or just gives you a much-needed break from working on your own! Enjoy 🤓
